Matricaria recutita
Chamomile is one of the best known medicinal plants.
It is perfect for a steam bath when you start to feel a cold and is perfect to use as compresses for itching, eczema or sunburned skin.
I have strong memories from my childhood that my father always used chamomile when he made steam baths.
